I AM writing this letter on behalf of an individual I support. He is a person with visual and mobility impairment.
But, nonetheless, he is very active and very keen on music and, among other things, on football. Therefore, one day we decided to go to a live football match.
I contacted Mr Alan Williams, the Secretary and General Manager of Harrogate Town Football Club. Mr Williams offered his full support to the idea.
He reserved two seats for us and informed the security people at the gate to let us in so we could enter the grounds with no trouble.
Therefore, I would like to express my client's and my own words of gratitude for his assistance and cooperation.
J enjoyed the match very much. The sounds from the pitch and applause from the fans were something which made him very happy and excited. We went to another match which was even more enjoyable as HFC won 8-0. Last, but not least, J enjoyed a cheeseburger, chips and coffee there.
To conclude I would like to appeal to people of Harrogate for support of our local team.
They play fairly good football and I'm sure they can play even better hearing and feeling the local community's support.
Please do not disappoint J who is looking forward to another match.
